I am trying to pass through spacy matcher MedDra PT's. When I am adding to the matcher label and pattern I am getting following: ValueError: [T002] Pattern length (10) >= phrase_matcher.max_length (10). Even though I am using conditional if to take max of pattern of 5 strings. I have also tried to change max_length of phrase matcher. Could someone help or any over ideas how to map labels in PT's. I am using spacy-2.0.18 version.
nlp = spacy.load('en_core_web_sm')
if 'ner' not in nlp.pipe_names:
ner = nlp.create_pipe('ner')
nlp.add_pip(ner)
else:
ner = nlp.get_pipe('ner')
label = 'PT'
ner.add_label(label)
matcher = PhraseMatcher(nlp.vocab)
for i in MEDDRA.all_concepts():
if(i.meddra_type == 'PT'):
if(len(i.term.split())<5):
matcher.add(label, None, nlp(i.term))
python compiler-errors spacy matcher ner
