I am trying to take data from one array and move only certain rows to another array. I am having trouble with my arrays this code gave me this error below.

TypeError: Cannot find function push in object 9

 var values = source.getDataRange().getValues();
 var lastrow = source.getLastRow();
 var lastcolumn = source.getLastColumn();

 var Destination = SpreadsheetApp.openById('Destination ID').getSheetByName("Sheet1");
 var DestinationLastRow = Destination.getLastRow();

 var temparr = [[values.length]];
 var n = -1;

 for (var i = 0; i < values.length; i++)
 
 var checkValue = values[i][3];


 if (checkValue =="criteria")
 
 n = n + 1
 for (var j = 0; j < values[i].length; j++)
 

 temparr[n][j].push(values[i][j]);
