I am trying to figure out the following scenario.
We have a test EC2 created with a web application on demand via AWS lambda from git PR.
My idea was that the tester would connect to the VPN/VPC these instances are in and then the tester could just use the private DNS URL to access the application. That way it would not use elastic IPs and would not be accessible to anyone outside the company.
As I am not very knowledgeable with regard to networking, my question is 2 part.
1) How to create and configure the VPC? What option from those provided by Amazon should I use?
2) How to configure the connection on the client/tester machine?
