For registerUpload API('https://api.linkedin.com/v2/assets?action=registerUpload') my LinkedIn Dev app shows quota of 5000 per application only. Is there any way I can increase the rate limit(quota) for register upload API.

I have not submitted my application for approval to LinkedIn yet. Does app approval have increased quota(rate limits)?
