Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index 0
I get this error after logging in to my website and coming back to it the next day. I've searched for this error and it seems like it's an error with the connection string, but I think my connection string is fine. It runs after deploying (and even a few hours later). When this error showed up, I ran the site in incognito mode and it worked fine. When I cleared my cookies, it also resolved the problem.
Why would clearing cookies resolve this error if it's a format issue? What other things can I look for so that I am not having to force users to clear their cookies.
For reference, this is my connection string
<connectionStrings>
<add name="DbContext" connectionString="Server=[Server];Database=[Database];Uid=[User];Pwd=[Password];" providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
</connectionStrings>
