I have a reactjs app where CSS is taking few seconds to load until the page is looking broken.
I believe the DOM is loading first and the after few seconds CSS is loading. I am not sure about the reason.
Bootstrap is imported like this in App.js
import './utilities/bootstrap.min.css';
Both should load simultaneously.
Below is the image which shows broken page for few seconds.

Did you get some error logs?

@NikolaLukic : There are only few 404 errors in console for images, but still I am in middile of development. Otherwise no serious errors which can delay loading time.
