I am using swifty-json to parse a few hundred JSON files that are the content of my iOS app.
These files function as a content library / database, and I am wondering if there is some sort of query language cocoapod or functionality I can use to perform queries on the total of my JSON database.
For example, I want to be able to request with filtering– get all results where forced_only
is false and probability
is >= 0.75.
Currently I do such operations through a lengthy set of densely nested conditionals, and am attempting to clean things up in a more structured way.
I see there are solutions for web, many outlined in the Is there a query language for JSON? post
REALM seems like a lovely project, but the process of converting our JSON content to realm DBs is arduous, and I would really prefer to stay entirely within JSON, rather than leveraging some other database solution.
I'm also now looking at using CoreData, but am not familiar with it, and want to maintain my JSON as our data source.
Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
