I have this wtform builted in a flask app:

class ArticleForm(Form):
title = StringField('Title', [validators.Length(min=1, max=200)])
body = TextAreaField('Body', [validators.Length(min=30)])
data_in = DateField('Data', format='%d.%m.%Y')

cur = cnx.cursor(cursor_factory=psycopg2.extras.DictCursor)
cur.execute("SELECT codtmat, tipmat from tipma order by tipmat asc")
uss = cur.fetchall()
cur.execute("SELECT codtipum, um from tipum order by um asc")
uss1 = cur.fetchall()

selmat = SelectField('Material', choices=list(uss))
selum = SelectField('UM', choices=list(uss1))

In jinja form, selmat and selum selectfields are populated with the records from database.

The questions are:
1. If I want to add a record with a route, I don't know how to point in INSERT statement the variable %s to the index of list. Ex.. i want to add in a table the codtipum and codtmat not um and tipmat.

2. how can i put in selmat and selum before the lists uss and uss1 a blank record?
