On the js console we have this error :
Error loading image for billboard: [object Event] on cesium.js function Billboard.prototype._loadImage.
The error appeared in beginning of Fébruary 2019, the last version of chrome where it was working is the version 72.0.3596.0 (chromium)

Check the network tab, see if there's information about a request for the billboard image that may have failed to load. Could be as simple as a wrong filename.

Thanks for the comment @emackey bu there are no errors in network tabs. It's working with Edge and Opera (the problem seen with the chromium version > 72.0.3596.0 is not yet installed on Opera)

Can you post any code or sample that would reproduce this error publicly? Also, the error message you've posted looks like it's masking some more detailed error message from inside the _loadImage function. You might be able to trap that in DevTools with "stop on caught exceptions" and get the details, can you try to get those as well?
