I have set up nginx and HLS, everything is fine even the logs. I have used below links for generating unique IDs.

request_idwon't help and HLS clients don't necessarily use / may use multiple HTTP sessions per playback session. You can make a module that rewrites them3u8playlists in order to add an unique tracking token for all playlist resources per client.
