Here is my code snippet (I simply want to create a directory in HDFS with name "Test" but i am on windows machine not on linux) :

public static void main(String[] args) throws IOException, InterruptedException 
 Runtime rt = Runtime.getRuntime();
 Process pr = rt.exec("C:/hadoop-2.7.6/bin/hadoop fs -mkdir /Test");

While executing this code this error comes :

Exception in thread "main" java.io.IOException: Cannot run program "C:/hadoop-2.7.6/bin/Test": CreateProcess error=193, %1 is not a valid Win32 application

i think that there is some problem with this line:

How to fix this issue ?
