How can I extract certain latitude and longitude from a large dataset (that is stored in netcdf files) in python and store the extracted values of lat and long in CSV file in such a way that one column has value for latitude and other column for longitude? The data in .nc files contains the information about surface pressure throughout the world and I want to extract that surface pressure for a specific country for example Japan. In this scenario I want one column for lat. and other for longitude and third column is surface pressure.

Hi and welcome. I am sure that here are plenty of participants that would like to help you. Unfortunately, your question is very unspecific and, from that point of view, misplaced. Try to show something close to a minimal working example or at least some effort in coding. Moreover, you should try to provide a subset of your "large" data set, such that we can see what you deal with.

It's impossible the answer your question without what kind of data-structure the dataset is and the format of the data in it. You also need to add the code you have that isn't working (and explain what the problem is with it).
